Chief Finacial Officer (CFO) is a manager responsible for managing the financial flows of the business, for financial planning and accountability, who determines the financial policy of the organization, develops and implements measures to ensure its financial sustainability. Moreover, among the responsibilities of CFO is the management of finance based on the strategic goals and prospects of the organization’s development, as well as determination of sources of financing taking into account market conditions.
